Auditions Information for all auditions Location (unless otherwise specified): Playcrafters of Skippack 2011 Store Road, Skippack, PA 19474. All artists who are cast in one of our productions must become a member of Playcrafters. You do not need to become a member prior to auditioning. Jump to: Arsenic and Old Lace Casa Valentina   Arsenic and Old Lace Audition Dates: Monday, December 8, 7-10PM; Wednesday, December 10, 7-10PM Callbacks by invitation: Thursday, December 11, 7PM Performance Dates: March 13 through March 29 The play is a farcical black comedy revolving around the Brewster family, descended from Mayflower settlers but now composed of maniacs, many of them homicidal.

Information for Prospective Directors

Information for Prospective Directors Playcrafters of Skippack accepts applications from directors once our season has been selected. This process usually occurs in late summer of each year. When applications open, directors can find a link to our application form on this page. Applications for our 2026 season are closed. We look forward to your interest in our 2027 season! Meetings/Membership

Meetings General Meetings are open to the public! They are held on the first Tuesday evening of each month at 7:00 pm in the lobby area of the theater (downstairs). Attend a meeting and find lots of ways to volunteer and keep the arts alive in Skippack! Board Meetings are held on the last Tuesday evening of each month at 7:00 pm in the lobby of the theater Membership Join Playcrafters today!

Volunteer

Box office and ushering opportunities USHERS must be 14 or older to volunteer. Please arrive no later than 7:20pm for evenings and 1:20pm for matinees. This year's duties are: Scanning tickets Handing out programs Directing patrons to their seats Beginning with our 2025 season, we are introducing the role of the Head Usher. Volunteers taking on this role will have the following additional duties: Must stay for the entire show Must sit in one of the preassigned usher seats on house left (Section C) Must wear a headset to coordinate with the House Manager about possible entry of late patrons into the house BOX OFFICE volunteers must be trained prior to volunteering.
